Do you set up Google for me?
You follow our step-by-step guide and do the actions on Google yourself. We do not need your Google password or verification codes. Complex account issues go to Google support.
Does it work with every phone?
NFC works on compatible phones with suitable settings. A printed QR code is the backup. Customers need internet access and may need to sign into Google to leave a review.
Will this get me five-star reviews?
We make it easier to request honest feedback. We do not guarantee reviews, ratings, rankings or revenue, and never filter requests based on how happy a customer is.
What happens if I cancel?
Renewal stops. Your managed links work through the paid period and then display a neutral unavailable message. Your Google profile and existing reviews stay yours.
What if I lose the keychain?
Disable its NFC and printed QR links in your workspace. Replacement and extra keychains can be requested for a separate quote.
What information do you keep?
We retain your setup details, approved artwork, shipment and billing records, and aggregate link-opening totals. Tap visitors do not need to provide personal details. Export your business data or request deletion in the workspace. Financial and audit records follow the site retention policy.
